I have a Navman and have Australian and US maps on it. We are travelling in Europe and wanted to use the Western European map. I purchased it once and got a notification from WorldPay that the purchase was successful BUT no product key. I emailed Navman's support and got a system generated message that was no help. So I tried the whole process again. I got the same notification that the payment was processed and NO product key. All attempts to get the map itself have failed and NO product key has been sent to me. How do I get the product key and activate the map?
