I'm in Canada and try to dl poi files:

For example, Canada-->Food-->KFC-->click the download poi button. In the next screen I select TomTom ov2 format.

I then get to a screen that says nothing but

Download format: poi format.

I click it and it goes back to the screen of different file formats for different brands but, this time, I links are not active (nothing happens).

I can dl the .bmp file but not the poi file.

Can anyone advise, please.

I believe you may need to select your region before clicking the downlaod button.
