Hi everyone
My Tomtom keeps on cutting out for no reason after it has been in use for an hour. Sometimes when I try to turn it on it freezes as well.
Anyone help me to fix this

Have you hooked your unit to your PC and installed TomTom Home and checked if there is any updates ?

Also check your car adapter is plugged in correctly, if it does it after one hour it might be an overheating problem of the internal circiutry which you will need to take ot service centre to get it looked at.

Perhaps you GPS has a problem of ventilation. Is it rrive when the sun was hard ?
Do you use A/C in you car ?
