Our Talkin POI files for Navman and other GPS brands are located in our POI download zone.
They are marked with this mark: . They are available only to our fans.
This feature is supported in new Navman devices (N series, e.g. n40i).
You may try to locate cosmic.wav (Navman chime sound alert) one of our files. Keep the original cosmic.wav file (rename it) just in case that you need it again.
This feature was previously available to our Premier Navman customers, but it is not used any more for many reasons.
All three above listed voice alert files should be used with Navman n40i or Navman n60i GPS.

thanks for your help
Depends on your version on the Navman software and Navman model, but for the S50+ to add the file to your custom POIs:
Run NavDesk
Select Custom POI from main menu after connecting S50
Select source file for red light safety cameras(These cameras will have to be stored in a seperate category than other cameras if a unique alert is needed)
POI Category: In the new field enter "Red Light Safety Cameras".
Image Alert Settings: You can if you want put a red background on the standard camera icon if you like, however there aint none of them in Ireland, so I just have blue for mobile and yellow for fixed.
Audio Alert Settings: Click the "add" button to locate the file on your drive, have the radio button selected on this file
Distance: Whatever you want, I find 500m is good for the motorway, 200m might be better for red light cameras.

I downloaded and updated all in my iCN 750. They work very well. But you will have to set up the warning distance a bit longer such as 0.7 miles away. If you set the distance as 0.3 miles, iCN750 will warn you just as your car passing by the camera.
Here is how you can enable audio alerts for Navman icn 530.
Even if you check on the Audio mark in SmartST 3.9, it does not carry over when you download the file to the device. Thus, you will need to go to the device and turn the alert on.
Once you have downloaded the POI files:
From Main Menu.. go to
Preferences>Safety Alerts>Active POI>Tap on your alert file
Then, check the Audio warning box on. Make sure that Active and Visual Warnings are checked on.
You can also change the Distance to POI from here.
Finally Tap on "Save"
