What a lovely experience it was at store #4093. The store was extremely busy. Susan was my cashier. She was so pleasant and addressed each customer with a smile and asked if we found everything we wanted. So pleasant... She has true customer service skills. I left that store actually feeling good, She needs to be acknowledged for staying so calm in the midst of the busy store.
