I went into Centrelink Ayr to make an appt to visit FIS.
I was told to ring Centrelink direct, which I did yesterday.
Recorded msg indicated a wait of 30mins.
I waited 52mins before hanging up.
Tried again today, waited over 30mins and hung up.
In the meantime someone was trying to contact me.
Had this been an emergency, do u think its fair to have people wait for such a long time? Why not employ more people? Get them off the dole, and provide a better service. Get rid of recorded msgs taking over peoples jobs.
Very disgusted with Centrelink service.
