Is Garmin NUVI 55 LMT as good as Navman MY400 LMT?
We had this Navman and we slowly learned it wouldn't hold a charge. So I took it back. The salesman said they'd replace it but didn't have any in stock - I could get a refund, or swap.
Finished up buying this NUVI 55LMT for another $40.
Now I'm wondering if he got one over on me. I was entitled to walk out of the shop with a fully functioning gps without spending another penny. He tells me the Garmin is the equivalent of the navman - i.e. not better. So I've paid $40 just to have something today instead of later.... but I could have kept the Navman and used it in the car, don't need the battery for that, until they got some in.
I also have a Navman and it no longer hold a charge, the same problem with yours. I decided to avoid Navman and bought a Garmin, but haven't tried it out.
