I have prepared my travel by days with different POI's, I add a symbol for each kind of POI. Can you explain me why I have only red flag on my GPS after transfer file to my GPS ?

Did you use different indicators apart from a flag when setting up the POI's in Mapsource, as there are many that you can select.
If you left the same symbol for each POI that is what will be displayed....
