Post Buying nuvi 2350 ... any POI gotchas?

Hi I am (probably) about to buy a nuvi 2350 and rang a retailer about safety, redlight and school safety warnings and was told that these files have to be sourced from web (even though the map updates are included for 4 years!). I used to use TomTom on a smartphone and used POI files from this site without difficulty - worked great.

First question: is the retailer wrong, and POI files can be uploaded into the nuvi 2350?

Second question: for school warning zones, are warnings only generated during the hours the zones are "active" on the nuvi 2350 (would require school-hour time fields in the upload file I presume).

Third question: Can the 2350 use separate .wav files and map icons for each type of warning? i.e. provided that sepattate file sets (coordinates, icon, and sound file) are used, then the 2350 will operate as expected?

Any help much appreciated, cheers.

Answer - yes, can be loaded from here, no probs.

Answer - No, there is no way for the Nuvi to understand school times, the warning is either always on or not at all.

Answer - Yes, just make sure they are named exactly the same, other than the extension of course, as explained here:
