I have Custom POI's loaded on my 1690, example: Walmart locations. When the alert pops up, I'm just getting a dark popup with the walmart description on it and a ding sound. When I try to touch the alert to take me to that location or more info, it only prompts for the location where I touched the screen.
Do you touch the alert popup or do you touch somewhere else on the screen so it will navigate to the alert location?
You need to choose what POI you want to navigate to via the menu, probably in your 'custom POI'
I don't think it can be done any other way, however I'm willing to be corrected.
