My mobile phone is connected ok, I can get weather etc. But when I click buddies icon it says I don't have a subscription or my current subscription has expired. The device is a TomTom one XL a few years old now.The operating version running is version 8.010. I believe there is a version 9 for it but Tomtom home says its up to date. From time to time I can get into buddies with the same conditions and proximity to my mobile phone. If there is a subscription to be had why can I sometimes get on.
Anyone with any ideas will be greatly appreciated
