Hi

When I turn on TomTom ONE, it displays TomTom ONE logo screen(the first screen) and the SD memory icon flashes on the bottom left hand side screen a few time, then screen doesn't move anymore.
When I used it several days ago, it didn't have any problem.
I bought it around 1 month ago, thinking about returning it to the retailer.
Anyone knows why ?

try resetting, use a straightend paper clip and insert in the small hole marked reset on the base close to the sd card slot

Thanks for the reply. It's back to normal somehow. I suspect that the low battery level may be the cause as I have not been using it for several days. After connected to USB port it booted OK.
There was no indicator of low battery on the screen though.
