How do you get the map updates? I have had mine for over a year, and heard nothing about where or how to get the map update. According to one instruction I was supposed to get a notification for how and where to get the update. On another advice Youtube they demonstrated a super simple update procedure -- problem -- the Tools Button they say to press does not exist on the 2022 model I bought. On other youtube demo pressing the Tools button, that seems to be on all of the units but mine, do not, I repeat, do not show a Maps Update, as the Youtube for Navpal instructs. Why is this such a mystery? The NAVPAL GPS navigation unit is well made, and comes with everything, unlike some of the more expensive units. But where is the method and place for getting updates?
I just receive a navpal. I have worked all day trying to put a destination in it. I was hoping it had a memory for destinations, nope, must enter destination every time, Can I send it back?
