| Posted by lincrist Waypoints Is it possible to add waypoints to a Favourite and save them for future use? For example, if I regularly travel from home to a destination I have saved as a favourite, can I add waypoints (in other words alter the route the Garmin selects) and then save that Favourite. |
| Posted by daniellouwrens Use Mapsource or Basecamp If you GPS Unit will accept Mapsource or Basecamp data you can plan the route, which would include your waypoint/s and load that into the GPS unit. Cheers Daniel |

| Posted by kristaps Points of interest The basic question here is "how to put favorites into a route. First you plug the Garmin in and wait until the computer image is visible on the unit. then open Basecamp. Once opened select Download from the device on the toolbar and everything on your unit will be put on your computer. Then yoy can use your points of interest into routes. |
