| Posted by ivan4nat3 Adding POI location Garmin Nuvi 310 Im trying to add a spot in my POi file that I have saved in my favourites but wont work. The location I have in my Garmin is S 37.26.744 E 145.25.072 as favourites, but when I type this into Excel and save it then upload it, it comes up as another location. Can anyone help me as Im not sure whats wrong. As i want this spot as a reminder as its very dangerous when its raining Thanks |
| Posted by bernienchris coordinates Your coordinates are in the wrong format, and Excel can't convert them correctly. There are a few tools around to do it. You need the DDD format from there. 145.25.072,-37.26.744, MyPOI Put the converted coordinates into a CSV and you should be fine. Cheers, :) |
