| Posted by campsandvans Creating Custom POI's for Tom Tom Hi, I want to create some custom POI's for my Tom Tom using excel csv files. What I need to know is how many columns of data can I have. I am assuming you have, Long, Lat, POI Name, Phone what I would like to know is how do you get additional info into the more column on your Tom Tom so that it shows up there. Thanks Greg |
| Posted by grantdale1 Creating Custom POIs What I have done is to find an existing POI file that appears to have most of the columns I require. To do this I download the NAVMAN CSV file for the POI file the that closely fits my requirements, then I change the data to my data. When the data is changed, then I use the conversion tool to convert to the TomTom format. |
