| Posted by zzemca lost voices eh? Check the software, you should be able to transfer the voices back onto the device from your pc. Believe the update functionality wipes the voices. A message should have popped up saying this. Kind of weird I thought. If the voices had to be temporarily wiped, could the update process transfer the voices to the computer HDD, perform the update, and then transfer back on automatically? But what do I know. |

Where do you find the NAVDESK program? There was no disks with the navman f10 at all |

| Posted by Guest Navdesk Hi Angelbabe1uk If you contact support and explain what happened they will send you a CD (eventually .. you may have to "remind" them) Use the 01293 566100 in the UK Normally they charge £15+ for CD and cable but you should get CD free and all you need is a Mini-USB cable Cheers |

| Posted by fairline navman f10 I also had the same problem and rang the number shown above. You will be advised to ring another number 08448000912. The responce was quick with all details taken and the promise of a DVD to reset for spoken navigation instructions. I was given a reference number should I encounter any problems and the promise of an email to assist with the upload. Cheers |
