Does anyone know how to upgrade the Navman F20 via an SD card. Ive downloaded the F20 Service Pack 2 , and i've transferred it to the SD card, inserted it into the Navman......but how do I install it from the SD card onto the Navman?
Help please! |

| Hi, You dont need to put service pack on F20 card. You need to run it on your PC when Navman is connected. To be able to update or do anything with your F20 you will need to buy The SmartST software with the PC connectivity kit. Its about £15. Hope that helps

Correct................ costs $25-00 in Australia, if it is available.
The software should come with the GPS unit, as per most brands, but not with Navman. Add cost of software to access your unit and not as cheap as one first thought..
Have an older Garmin unit and think it may be time to upgrade to a new Garmin, leaves the Navman for dead..
