I bought a new nuvi 250 yesterday for a trip i'm making.
The store clerk says you pay $150 bucks to go and update maps off the website (the garmin one)
The thing is, i have searched and i cannot find this update.
The current nuvi 250 i run has no lane cove tunnel (and is probably missing some other things i havn't found yet). Where and how do i download a map update to get things like the lane cove tunnel on, and does this cost money?
What are my options?

| have u registered your product online?? I just registered mine on garmin.com and was told there was a free update available - the problem for me is that i'm outside the US so who knows wot sort of customs charges i could be hit with, but u should b alright!

| The new maps are not out yet. The 2008 update is due this spring and likely to not be free.
