I went into the Westpac bank in Maroochydore and was appalled at how long people had to wait there were at least 7 behind me and other people walked in and out when they saw the line.An elderly lady behind me had a good point "they don't spend our bank chargers on employing staff".l was only in there to do a friend a favour and came out so so pleased that l don't bank there.
