Post Incorrect postcode location in maps _ how can this be change

Hi, the following postcode is shown at the wrong location on sat navs and it's causing traffic meant for commercial premises turning up at our house! Help! How can this be changed.

The postcode concerned is sg4 9sp and the correct coordinates for this location should be 51.9500904, -0.2713500

Anyone that can offer help much appreciated
