Post Help needed desperately

I am getting no response to my call for help regarding my account. I do not have the password and not sure of the email address used to set up the account.. I have tried to get some help on here but it seems to be ignored. If someone can help you can email me if you wish at [EMAIL REMOVED]
We need to bring our details up to date as they are incorrect at this point in time. Please help me either on here or at the above email address.

- Log in to edit your listing, or
- Go to Login page and request a new password, or
- List it again if you cannot get a new password, or
- Go to your listing, press the "Comments" button and list all changes. Our POI Moderators will apply all changes for you.

Hi,
for the registration process I just clicked on Register button (12.9.2017) on the form - there was no field for username or email address. I paid through paypal, I can see the payment in my list - but I have no login/password/email address for you login form.
Can you help me?
