Please can someone help me? I'm the Group Marketing Manager for Oakmere Motor Group, we relocated our Oakmere Mazda Dealership onto the same site as out Oakmere Toyota & Christopher Neil dealerships. Google Maps is correct, but Sat Nav is still sending customers to our old site, & business is suffering as a result of this.
The dealership used to be located at CW9 5NN. However we're now located at CW9 7NA.

2 degrees 29' 1" West
Thanks Mark. But they've asked me to sort it out, as they don't know how to fix it. There is an old google map that I need to get deleted, but I'm struggling to do so. But there's also a new correct google map, & google earth is also correct. I'm not sure how to solve this problem...

It's quite hard to change inaccurate built-in POIs. You can email your current file and we'll propagate it. It should contain all locations, contact details and business hours. Are you the main person that maintain that file? Our POI Moderator can send you a passcode to keep it up-to-date.
