I am a regular customer of Subway Motors and fill about R600 fuel a week. Last year I completed 6 stamped card which was to be exchanged for gifts. I was told that as of the end of 2015 this promotion will be stopped. I wanted to exchange my completed cards for the gifts but was told by Eric that there were no gifts and gifts will be acquired in the new year and I should hold on to my stamped cards. On following up on this I was told by Eric that there were no gifts and the Manager refused to purchase new gifts in order to fulfill their obligation of redeeming the completed card. I find this very disappointing to your loyal customers. Please look into this matter and revert to me as per your decision.
