Hi All,
I have a Navman EZY 300, which I like, it came with Lifetime map updates.
It is not quite 3 years old, and was getting regular updates until about 9 months ago. When I contacted Navman, I was told that the lifetime maps were a promo. Now, I had a bit of trouble working that one out Question .Anyway, I relayed to them in no uncertain terms that I thought 2 years was certainly a bit short of a lifetime, and I was not happy. Next email, I am sent new redeem code, and two new updates. Now I am a happy customer Very Happy

Post Navman Ezy200 stuck in Demo mode

I purchased a Navman Ezy200 with lifetime maps received only one update when my computer was compromised and received no more updates. The Navman is now stuck in Demo mode but I am only able to get the screen that states to go to navman. I cannot get to the Main menu. What can I do?
