Hi,

I downloaded to my PC "PersonalPOI.db3" 2.61mb, it's on an SD card now, but having followed the instructions on the web site, the SatNav unit sees the sd card when inserted, but wont accept them, and says: "No compatible files found"?

I chose the 510VW type for download and then copy/pasted them to the sd card but the nav system sees the SD card being put into the slot then displays no compatible files found? Rolling Eyes

Can anyone help please?

Can you load any dealer's file? Sounds more like a "Return to dealer" message.

New VW Polo GTI MY16. I have the same issue.
Have copied the poi DB3 file onto a brand new SD card. Have tried root and x:/PersonalPOI/ folder. Get a "no data available" message when trying to do an import via the Nav or Setup menus.
