My address has the same postcode as 10 other addresses on the same driveway.
However, my address is the only business address and the postcode is used for satnav directions.
Inputting the postcode to the satnav takes the enquirer to another area almost 200 yards away on another lane.
How do I get this corrected.
The only way I have managed this is by inputting a road name as well as the postcode. However, most satnav users forget to do this inputting either the full address or the postcode.
