Hi, I purchased a RNS510 Safety POI yesterday, My RNS510 imported it and i reset it, but the newly purchased POIs do not show on my unit? My RNS510 firmware is 5238. I installed SD card. I look forward to anyones responses. Thanks.

Do you have any other SD POI file working with your "upgraded" 5238 firmware? Have you activated your unit with the original map?

Hi
Have you completed the installation process with:

go to [Setup] -> [Map] -> [Select Map Details] and select permanent POIs (Safety/Private/...)
