Is there some way to change the default view to maps so I get speed alerts without having to do anything to the unit?
ie rather than having to...
1. wait for the unit to boot
2. tell it that I agree to the fact that I need to pay attention
3. wait for maps to load
4. select maps
5. wait for it to find some satellites
My old unit displayed the warning for a bit, then just went to showing the maps whilst I got on with driving.
So does anyone know if I can I mess with the config files and change it to display the map rather than the menu?
I don't have a Move 30 but on the My Escape you can do this through the settings "app". Settings| safety then turn off the check mark for "Warn me not to operate..." as for the rest???
