Anyone experienced a reset on their Nuvi 250?
I normally leave my device connected to the lighter in my car, but it seems that the plug appeared to be in but not properly, at least, I think that's what happened. The device reset itself and I lost all my history and settings were restored to default states.

This is something that happened to me when I was trying to use my mobile phone after several warnings to plug in the charger.

It turned out to be an issue where the unit could not maintain "user" data and keep running.
Perhaps that was the problem in your case.

I trust you had your user data backed up so you could restore it.

I have a back up of POI's, but do you know if (or what) needs to be backed up to for device settings?
