I have downloaded most of the fuel POIs for Google Earth but not all of them. There are quite a few that won't download due to the same error that appears upon import into Earth:

Open of file "/Users/stephenleeis/Desktop/Shell_Fuel (3) (1).kml" failed: Parse error at line 1, column 1:

not well-formed (invalid token)

Can anyone tell me how I can get around this?
