Post (Car) Ferry should be treated as "Toll"?

I recently had the pleasure of driving around North Norfolk. To my surprise though, whilst using my Garmin Nuvi 760 to travel down to the Suffolk coast, I was routed via a Car Ferry!

Whilst the ferry only covered a small stretch of river, should it be classes as a toll? Ferry was at 52.55776, 1.55057 if anyone wants to add.

I will try and post it in the POI corrections area.

Agree - if ferry cost money (and they always do!) this would at least alert users when planning route
