my school zone spped alert shows 4kmph instead of 40 kmph..is that a bug or is there something missing in file info

I think you had better check the file contents you downloaded, just use excel or word to open it. if it is all ok, you have inputted something wrong

I think it's because i downloaded what seems to be a SAMPLE FILE......IS THIS CORRECT.......this is a sample of a row in the excel file....
