Garmin POI files download

I am new regristered user and i am confused to which files to download for my garmin nuvi 265. only need to know which is the complete file containing the all of the info,sounds, bmp,etc. The file download page appears not to identify the complete file, but then again i may have missed something. Was hopeing to only download one file then upload useing the POI loader.

You need to create a new folder on your desktop (for example) & when you download your poi, save it to that folder.
Installation instructions are available here: basic and advanced.

If you download more then one poi save all in the same folder then once finished use the Garmin poi loader. I use gpx files for my nuvi or you can use csv.

Relevant Downloads

Apart from maps the next most important POIs must be Road Safety and in particular those that apply to safety cameras. You should also download any appropriate sound files to give you appropriate warning.

Makes little difference if you choose to download the GPX or CSV as far as POI Loader is concerned they are interchangeable.
However you will need to download the BMP and WAV files that match the POI.
You will Also need the SOX.EXE as shown in the how-to https://www.gps-data-team.com/installation_instructions_garmin_poi_loader_3.php otherwise the voice wont work.
