I have just purchased a Garmin Nuvi 285WT to replace an older Garmin C340. I travel in a motor home and was able to download Walmart sites to my C340 for overnight stopping places. Tried to do that with my new 385 and have down loaded the USA complete file to my computer. Now what to do to upload to my Garmin?

Hi Jimw
Do you have POI Loader installed? Use it and see what it reports. Can it find your Garmin unit?
