My Garmin 310 has started freezing recently when the FM 12 traffic arial is coneccted , It does this both when the SD card( which hold the continental maps) is in or out .
anyone any ideas please

Don't connect the arial?

But seriously, this sounds like a very strange error. Are you sure it is just the arial that is the problem, it doesn't crash at any other time? If it is definitely the arial, I would check the connection. There should be no normal reason for it to crash like this. Also, make sure it is powered, these arials can use more power.
