I ordered this for my device. Every time I log in to My Garmin it informs me to "add to device".

Is this normal behaviour for this product?

Which model do you use?

First of all, have not seen it from my 660. Maybe you have different one which have to show the info. Anyway, if the info doesn't affect the work of unit, you can ignore it.

Hi Scott, what is the message saying ? Add what to device ?
With the Lifetime map updates, it may be trying to do updates or check what version maps you are currently using .
