Navman s50 3d packed in with a fatal error last Wednesday, so i emailed them that night and got an email back the next day saying that they were going to send me a letter and a returns box.
The letter arrived on the Friday and the returns box on the Saturday.
I posted it late on Monday evening and received my fixed satnav by Friday afternoon.
