I'm trying to add audio and visual alert to my Garmin Nuvi 760 for the school zone poi file I created. The school zones work, but not the audio and visuals. I put the .bmp file and the .mp3 file in the same directory as the .csv file and gave it the same name. Still nothing. Help would be appreciated.

When you create your school zone try using the GPX format (the GPX or the GPXx button in the POI Edit for Garmin) and select the Manual option when using the POI Loader, it will then ask you for a set speed to sound the alert and a set distance from them point to sound the alert. I have created my own school zone bmp to go with the POI. And the alert is an audible tone on my nuve 775t. I also noticed that the name of the poi has to be in the correct format (30 km/h)

For visuals, you need to be zoomed in below 500 ft in 2D mode. It will show up in 3D mode if zoomed in to the right level. Not sure what level as there isn't any scale, but it should be easy to find.
