How often should I update my POI data and how do I go about this?

If I just want to update 1 location, how do I do this?

Hi
You can update POI whenever you want. New and recently updated POI files will appear at the top of the list for selected country and category. Registered users will see the large sign: "Updated" if the POI has Been updated since your last visit.
