I'm experiencing the same agonizing story as others when it comes to duplication of cameras. For instance, if I was willing to search through all of the cameras located in Houston, Texas looking for duplicates, I still wouldn't be sure if what I was eliminating is the correct thing to do.
I noticed that many entries actually listed the street intersection name. This should be mandantory, not optional. If anyone can add, a template for adding locations is essential or else the data has less to no value (at least for me).
The template should be very restrictive and simply not allow coordinates to be entered that are already in the database that are too close to existing data points
