I recently installed a GPS MAP 8410 replacing my old GPSMAP 5008. Since installation, my autopilot will not work in navigate mode. when a waypoint is selected and "go to" selected, no way point data is being received by the autopilot. I've swapped the old plotter back in and everything works. Any advice on what I need to do with the 8410 to get it to drive the auto pilot?
Sailing instruments including auto pilot are Furuno. They all work perfectly well.
