I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to write this one because this UPS Store #4358 on Broadway St. in Pearland TX. took the initiative to helped us resolve an issue with our packages being delivered to the wrong address. They had put the correct address on the packages when they were shipped! The store manager called me directly when made aware of the issue and unprompted pursued shipping reimbursement. He and this store exemplifies the kind of customer care, attention and service that is highly valued! I sincerely appreciate and strongly recommend doing business with this UPS Store #4358!!!
