If you really want business I suggest you have a directory and have a person who actually answers a telephone. as opposed to make you press several buttons, only to be send to a national call centre where there is a ten (10) minute wait time.
This is appauling.
All I wanted to do is talk with my reprersentative. I do not keep his contact information everywhere I go, so sometimes one will need assistance.
If I treated my clients like you do I would not have any.
