Support issues
I contacted Garmin support for help updating my GPS. After 45 minutes on the phone with a person I could barely understand I was informed that the only way to help me was for me to purchase a virus protection plan for $ 149 a year. I lost my Garmin express when my computer crashed. I am upset that my call for help turned into a sales pitch.
