I think once again I may have done the wrong thing and purchased a TomTom VIA220 replacing my original TomTom One's. I have already indicated I would not purchae another TomTom GPS but I did. It appears that you can no longer see the TomTom VIA220 as a device under MyComputer hence unable to transfer files from the PC to the TomTom Via220 such as updated or new POI and the associated BMP image. Does anyone know how to transfer these files to a TomTom VIA220? I know it is a low end GPS but loosing this basic feature restricts the ability to easily update the POI via other sources, in fact it appears you can not update the device from this sources anymore. Battery life is poor only about 2 hours if your luckly and the GPS fixing time to sat's takes for ever. If someone can confirm whether the device can or can not be seen in MyComputer that would help me out.[/b]
