We had a 10 year old Garmin that had to retire, so we bought a new one, which is a Garmin Nuvi 2589LMT. We STRONGLY regret buying this one because it has a problem that will just wait for a car accident to happen. While I am driving, a message pops up saying "vehicles may not be allowed at the destination. Find parking near the destination?" I have to lean over and get rid of the message several times while driving. This can happen any time and anywhere, and it happens ALL THE TIME. This is very dangerous to drive this way. I have complained and Garmin help desk tells me that there is NOTHING they can do to help me with. Really? Do they just want people to get to accidents first? If anyone has any ideas what to do next, would you please help?
