I have downloaded some of the POI Icons from this site and associated them with my .csv file by going into the options section and browsing for the icon file but it dosen't transfere it to the F20.

How is this part done for the icon or is this a bug in the software.

All is ok now. I figured out what was happening.

Aftrer you transfer both the icon and .csv file you need to go into the poi section (not Custom POI) and select it in there as well and it has its icon accociated with it.

i can find the icons in POI but when travelling there is only the sound and no pic associated with the location when entering the area...how do i get the icon to show on the screen?

Try this

go to preferences
then maps
then enable poi

search for the one you just downloaded and make sure it has a tick beside it
