I have a Garmin Nuvi 2598 (US model). I am going to Europe for a short trip and wish to purchase a map of Europe to add to it. But I don't know if this new map will overwrite the US maps I have or add to it. I don't want to overwrite my current US map because I will be using it again when I return from Europe. If it will add to my current US map, do I have enough space on my device for both maps or do I need to buy some supplemental memory. If so, how much.
Seems like a common query but I've wasted an enormous amount on time trying to find that simple information on the Garmin support website. I hope someone here knows.
