I downloaded the red light camera (safety camera) for my Garmin using the provided link. It's not in my download file directory. I saw the progression in my task bar, so I know that it was downloaded, but where?

Hi
It all depend on your browser settings as web browsers are a bit different.
I would try to [SAVE AS] file, or to close all browser windows and sign in to open the download page again. Most browsers would pop-up/show the exact location where the file is saved.
